Cookies Policy

Draft — pending legal review. Update this page whenever you add analytics, advertising or embedded third-party content, and pair it with a consent banner (see note in §4). Review with counsel before publication.
This Cookies Policy explains how Total Sports Group S.L. uses cookies and similar technologies on www.totalsportsgroup.es (the “Site”).
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels) work in comparable ways. They can be set by us (“first-party”) or by third parties whose services we use.
2. Cookies we currently use
This Site is built to be lightweight and currently sets only what is strictly necessary to display and secure the pages. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
| Cookie / technology | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential session/security | First-party, essential | Serve pages, basic security | Session |
3. Third-party requests (fonts)
The Site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. This involves a request to Google’s servers, which may process your IP address to deliver the fonts. [TODO: a planned upgrade is to self-host the fonts, removing this third-party request entirely.]
4. Analytics & consent
We do not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. If/when we add them (e.g. analytics, a Meta/Google pixel, embedded video), we will:
- publish them in the table above, and
- request your prior consent through a cookie-consent banner, as required by the Spanish LSSI-CE and the GDPR.
[TODO: implement the consent banner before enabling any non-essential cookie.]
5. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the Site works. Useful guides: Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge each document this in their privacy/settings help.
6. More information
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data. Questions: privacy@totalsportsgroup.es.

We may update this policy; the version in force and its date appear above.
