What Is a Football Stage in Madrid?

A football stage is a short, all-inclusive training trip for a full club squad. TSG runs them in Madrid all year round for teams from U10 to senior level: your group trains under UEFA-licensed coaches, plays fixtures against Spanish clubs and academies, and eats, sleeps and travels from a single managed base. One price covers accommodation, full board, transport, daily programming and TSG coordination on the ground — your coaching staff arrive with nothing left to organise.

How a Day on a Stage Is Built.

There is no fixed timetable. Every stage is programmed around what your group came for, and TSG confirms the full day-by-day schedule with your staff before arrival. Days are built from four kinds of block.

What is included in the price of a TSG stage?

Every stage includes accommodation, full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner), airport pickup and daily transfers, the daily activity programme, and TSG coordination of every activity by our own team. Premium extras such as video analysis, an aftermovie or drone footage are optional add-ons.

How much does a football stage in Madrid cost?

Pricing is per player, per day, and depends on which of the three Madrid bases you choose, your squad size, the season and the activities you add. There is no fixed package price: send us your dates and group size and you receive a full, itemised proposal within 48 hours.

When can we come to Madrid for a stage?

Stages run all year round, including pre-season and mid-season breaks. If you want to combine the stage with a tournament, the competitive weekends concentrate around Easter, spring break, the December bank holiday and the summer, so those dates fill up first.

How far in advance should we book a stage?

6–8 weeks is the minimum lead time for a stage. Pitches, accommodation and fixtures against Spanish clubs are all booked against a shared calendar, so the earlier you confirm dates, the more control you have over the base and the opponents.

Who runs the training sessions?

Sessions are led by UEFA-licensed coaches at a 1:12 coach-to-player ratio, working to the TSG Method — three principles and sixteen pillars of play. A standard session runs 90 minutes and is delivered in English. Your own coaching staff can also run private sessions on a reserved pitch.

Can we play matches against Spanish teams?

Yes. Friendly fixtures are arranged against LaLiga club academies and Madrid academy sides, and groups can also enter a tournament weekend to face international teams. Opponents depend on the category, level and dates of your group, and are confirmed as part of your programme.

What age groups and levels do you take?

From U10 to senior, at grassroots, amateur, academy or elite level, for both boys' and girls' teams. TSG works with full club squads as well as individual players, and sizes the programme to your group.

Can parents and family travel with the squad?

Yes. Parents and relatives are welcome alongside any stage, on their own accommodation and activity package built by TSG — including match tickets and stadium visits — so they follow the trip without affecting the squad's programme.

Can we add another city to the stage?

Yes. Any Madrid stage can be extended with Barcelona, Córdoba or London. Córdoba includes a LaLiga 2 club immersion with training-ground access, and London adds Premier League stadiums and academy access. TSG coordinates the transfer and the full programme in both cities.
