These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at www.totalsportsgroup.es (the “Site”), operated by Total Sports Group S.L. (“TSG”). By using the Site you accept these Terms.

1. The Site and our services

The Site presents information about TSG’s football experiences — programmes, training stages, tournaments, methodology and sports tourism. Content on the Site is for general information; it is not a binding offer. A booking is only formed when confirmed in writing through a separate agreement.

2. Enquiries and proposals

Submitting a form or requesting a proposal does not create a contract. Any proposal we send is subject to availability and to the terms stated in it.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for clubs, coaches, athletes and parents/guardians. If you are under 18, you must use the Site and contact us with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, the “TSG” brand, images and layout — is owned by TSG or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce or exploit it without our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or to submit false, infringing or harmful content.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is”. While we work to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, or that the Site will be uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TSG is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish law.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Madrid, Spain, save where consumer-protection law grants you other rights. [TODO: confirm jurisdiction clause with counsel for cross-border consumers.]
